The twice edition of international congress was hled in Stellenboch in the South Africa betwenn the 1st and the 3rd of november. Three days of debates and meetings between scientists and professionals: conferences and round tables on the future of the Chenin Blanc in the face of the environmental, climatic, economic, societal and cultural challenges of the 21st century. The congress participants also had the opportunity to take part in tastings of Chenins from around the world and to discover the vineyards of the South Africa.
