Wine Tasting Lab
The Wine Tasting Lab is a unique collaborative project, led by Fan de Chenin, Franck Thomas Formation and the scientific start-up M&Wine.
The goal ? To explore the age-old question at the heart of the wine world : What truly defines a terroir’s identity ?
Whether you're a wine lover or a seasoned professional, you’ll be invited to fill out digital tasting sheets and contribute to a large-scale research initiative.
At the same time, the mineral profiles of the wines will be analyzed using M&Wine’s AI-powered technologies. Your tasting impressions will be cross-referenced with the analytical data, helping to deepen our understanding of terroirs and scientifically validate sensory perceptions.
